About Us
Born in Vietnam and shaped by almost 13 years studying and working in the UK, I returned home in 2022 after feeling a deep call to reconnect with myself.
Leaving my banking job, I began a journey of healing and inner growth.
Yoga became my turning point. Through dedicated practice and training at the Isha Yoga Centre, I discovered a sense of peace, clarity, and connection that transformed my life.
Now, I share these practices to help others find their own stillness, balance, and inner strength — to return to themselves, just as I did.

Surya Kriya
Surya Kriya is a potent yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, designed as a holistic process for health, wellness, and complete inner well-being. Surya Kriya activates the solar plexus to raise the samat prana, or solar heat, in the system. It also balances a person’s left and right energy channels, leading to stability of the body and stillness of the mind. This strong foundation becomes the basis to explore higher dimensions of life.

Angamardana
A series of 31 dynamic processes, rooted in yoga, to invigorate the body and reach peak physical fitness. Angamardana means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs and other parts of the body. It needs no fitness equipment.

Yogasanas
In an untrained state, the human body is a constant manifestation of various levels of compulsiveness. By consciously forming the body into a certain posture, one creates a conducive passage for energy flow that can elevate one’s consciousness. Yogasanas are a way of aligning the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry, thereby becoming in sync with the existence and naturally achieving a chemistry of healthfulness, joyfulness, blissfulness, and above all, balance.

Surya Shakti
Surya means “Sun,” and Shakti means “Energy”. Surya Shakti is a complete process, which is largely physical in nature. If you do 108 cycles of Surya Shakti, it will make you fit and you will not need any other form of exercise.

Upa-yoga is a simple yet powerful system of exercise that activates the joints, muscles, and energy system. Based on a sophisticated understanding of the body’s mechanics, Upa-yoga dispels inertia in the body’s energy and brings ease to the whole system. It relieves physical stress and tiredness.

Self-Led Transformation

About Isha Hatha Yoga School
Isha certified Hatha Yoga teachers across the world are transmitting Hatha Yoga in its purest form.
These teachers have undergone an intensive 1750 hours teacher training program at the Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This is followed by a consistent and monitored teaching experience, focused on establishing awareness and experiential understanding of the yogic practices.
